• We write ten $500-$800k checks/year.

• Teams move here to build 9-9-7 until hitting a self-selected ARR ($1-3m).

• Our teams typically stay ~18 months

• Deals are done on market terms, there is no cost to build here.

• ~20 portcos build together in our private facility at a time.

• Everyone travels but we are explicitly in-person, and extra full time.

• We have nothing to do w/ economic development.

• Our portcos run this place. Brickyard partners are just useful accessories.

• We aren’t for everyone, and that’s ok.
